Bump by hens eye

This bump formed on my bantam RIR's face overnight, and has not gone away. I thought it was a sinus infection but she doesn't act sick and there has been no drainage. Tried vetrx in the water for a few days with no improvement, I went ahead and did a nfz puff tonight and we will see if that has any affect. However just thought id post to see if anyone had any ideas or treatments?

Is the bump hard or soft? Could there be any peck wound or sting marks? Have you considered lancing it to see if it contains any pus? Tumors can be common in this area, but sinus infection is more frequently a possible cause. You may try some antibiotics to see if it goes down. A vet could prescribe more powerful antibiotics if you are willing to go that way.
