They are doing good. A couple of the barred rocks are starting to show their ages(6).
Wow some of the pics are amazing!!! The calf pics are very cute too. We used to raise belted galloway cows (they are the black cows with the white stripe around their middle.) It was always interesting to see what the stripes would look like on the calves.

How are your chickens?

Yeah, we have a jersey/holsteen cow for milk and breed her to herfords. It's always fun to see how they turn out!
The black cow in the picture is her daughter that was with her when we got them.

Great!!
I took the turkeys on their first walk in the woods today!
They loved it!!
Cool, we also had 2 jersey cows that we sold shortly after their calves were born.
They must have had fun. When my chickens were free range they loved the woods. I had to pen them up though because they started to cause trouble.

The chicks Skylar and Minnie run around though because they can fit through the fence.

Yeah, the only chicken we have that bothers us is a relatively wild bantam rooster that roosts on the porch.
Poops all over my mom's 'packages box'.

His name is MacGyver the 2nd
(MacGyver the first died but he was one of the most beautiful roosters I've ever had. He is the rooster in my current profile pic. )

Yeah all 7 of my full grown chickens were going under the garage roof and making a huge mess under there. So finally it was either lock them up or get rid of them . I locked them up. They have been good since and the garage has been much cleaner.
Wow both of them are pretty rosters. All of the roosters I have ever had have turned mean so I have had to get rid of them. I am hoping that Minnie who I think is a rooster stays nice or small.

I've only had one rooster who was mean and I've had a total of like 6 or 7.
He was a 'free rare exotic chick from muray mc muray'.
I'm not sure why it is that some are nice and some aren't.
Maybe you have to keep them scared of you instead of trying to get them to be luv-bugs.
I dunno. If you find out though let me know.
