I trimmed my little cochin's beak today (she has a crossed beak). I'm always so surprised at how calmly she accepts this monthly chore.

I think my chickens' primary goal is to poop on, trample or eat every square inch of my little back yard.





The problem with discussing politics on this - or any - board is that you're not going to convert anyone to a new viewpoint, no matter which side you're supporting. If I yell & wave about one candidate, it's just going to polarize people into 2 factions of 'us" and "them".

Frankly it's just irritating to see these posts on BYC, frequently begun and perpetuated by the same people. For chickens' sake, KNOCK IT THE HECK OFF.
