I'm sorry. But I don't agree completely. The buyer can be lying but you have to make good on it anyway. You can request they send the frozen eggs back to you but then they can just put them in their freezer too. So it is actually useless to do this. I would offer to send new eggs, Mark the box as to what is in it. Live eggs, do not freeze. Keep warm fragile, do not drop. Anything you can think of, put it on the box, take a picture of it before you send it to cover yourself against further accusations and send it. then if they complain again you are covered and if they file a dispute you have proof you did whatyou could to prevent it from happening agian. also offer then insurance or insure them yourself anyway. Then put them on your block list so they cna't buy again from you.
