It's always been like that so no big deal. This winter has just had me miss a few days. That's not normal so I've been dealing with it a few times.
I have to work weekend but can pick which days of the week. I picked Monday and Friday off. Everyone was like why not 2 days in a row off? I was like cause that makes a horrible day when I come back. I can handle one day gone but 2 in a row. No thank you, lol
Oh, ya that makes sense. I wouldn't wanna come back to that mess and a bunch of dummies who don't do there job either 😅

I work Saturday and then Sunday. Sundays are such a nice day to come into. I'd love to work 5 days in a row so 4 would be sweet but I'm not kidding 2 off in a row makes it not worth it.
That's horrible.

has that all been doing the same job or has it changed since you started/as you were there for more time?
I do everything except for training.
We have 3 apprentice trainers that are all experienced with showing and own show horses. They're a whole separate deal then the rest of us.
I do everything anyone or everyone else does because I cover my shift by myself. Morning shift on my days off have 3 people and night shifts have 2.
I dont have anyone to divide up or pawn off stuff on.

But there are also things that I do that others aren't allowed to.
But that's been the case since soon after I started.
