You should have gotten switched to Google when you got your Pixel watch.

The app still says Fitbit but your avatar should now show as your Google avatar rather than what was your Fitbit avatar.

Mine switched over a long time ago. I haven't seen that much difference. I've been using a different app these days, though, since I got the ring.

It took me a few days but I finally figured out how to transfer my watch to my new phone
