This summer a turkey hen and 8 poults started feeding under my bird feeder so I started putting out feed for them. Tonight there were 26 turkeys feeding in my backyard. Anyone need a corn fed Thanksgiving turkey?

Wet here rain is coming down pretty solid.
The other two eggs died before they hatched only pecked the opening. So just two live hatches.

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

My leg felt pretty darn good after PT yesterday. I learned of another pain control system. Iontophoresis patches. The therapist put a dexamethasone patch over the spot that is nearly always painful and likely to root of all the other pain that starts down the leg. You take them off after 4 hours. I had no pain the whole time I had the patch on.
About 2 hours after I took it off... ouch. It's pretty mad this morning but I didn't take Rx meds before bed, just acetaminophen. I took my Rx this morning but it hasn't had enough time to kick in.

No. My butt! Over the piriformis. It's nearly always aching there and that is where the flare ups originate.

On a funny note, DS$ said the altitude was getting to him in the 3rd period... Gunnison is only ~ 7700 ft.
