We are in VA. Stopped for lunch before going to N's sisters. We'll print some documents and relax a bit with her family before they take us to Dulles for our flight.
I need to take a long walk before we leave for the airport.

Good Morning,

Coffee is ready and so ready to have it. It's pouring rain over here, 2 straight days and at first I was pleased to be inside the house all the time, then yesterday another day of such and my back starting to tell me move it or I will give you ache and pain.

The only way to move more in this rain is to walk inside the shopping centre which is very crowded in this weather and a certain similar thing to covid is lurking.....it is on the news lately so I am going to get on the treadmill for 10 minutes here and there throughout the day.
