There, glad that's done...wrassled the 20' extension ladder out and got the shade cloth down and rolled up. Cloth roll and ladder back into storage.
No injuries just a bit shaky, might feel more later.
My left foot/knee/hip is still acting up.
Experience smooths the process and helps reduce physical effort.
This is the first time I put it up in 2014, it's held up well for 10 years.

painless condition.
It is only rarely that I am pain free. I nearly always have pain deep in the piriformis.
I am so very glad to see that you are going easy on your body.
Sheesh! It's just for core and upper body work! (for now)
I was doing some body weight bearing only lower body work and it would aggravate the leg so I stopped it entirely. The only thing I can do are calf raises. And the left calf needs help so I do them. Plus daily stretching of both legs and my lumbar spine.

The marinade recipe is simple for the salmon:
2 Tbsp dijon mustard (I used a mix of stone ground and dijon)
4 Tbsp soy sauce (I don't eat soy so I substituted liquid aminos)
1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic (I just did 3 cloves)
6 Tbsp olive or grape seed oil

Wisk it together well then cover rinsed and patted dry salmon in the marinade focusing on soaking the flesh side. You can marinate anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours. I did 30 minutes.

Get the grill hot (450F). Put the filet skin side down and cook for 6-8 minutes, baste with the marinade then flip again and cook for 2-4 more minutes. Done.

Good Morning. I am exhausted already, I would love to have the rest of the day lazy out doing nothing.
We had a serious amount of rain all day yesterday and my chickens love it, they stood in the rain digging and eating earth worms and whatever else. This morning potholes everywhere in my muddy chicken runs.
Treatment for preventative chicken internal parasites infestation started this morning - the whole lots of it, apple cider vinegar in drinking water, garlic, cayenne pepper in their food for a week, then 14 days later, some chickens might need worm medication..etc... and so repeat treatment in another 14 days.
In addition to the treatment of internal parasites, the rain also cause infestation of mosquitoes, so that need to be treated until the whole place all dried out. This could go on to Christmas.
I feel I need a super strong coffee to get through the day. Making a super strong coffee now.
I need a strong coffee, butter croissant and a high stack of pancakes top with cream fresh and maple syrup. It is a dream breakfast. I am too exhausted to drive out to get all that.

Good morning! Thank you for the coffee, and here's some more. It's that kind of morning, for me.

I think I might pick the chard that's still growing in the garden, and freeze it. A good project to do with the football games on TV in the background. If there are any really good plays, hubby exclamatory noises will alert me, and I'll catch the replay.

The mice are coming back to the run. One of these days I'll block them but in the meantime, I get a perverse pleasure in trapping them.
I shoved a pistachio so tightly into the trigger last night that it was still fully in there with the dead mouse snapped cleanly at the base of the skull. I just removed it and reset the same trap.
