BYC Café

We aren't the only ones struggling to stay upright on the ice.
A deer spun out on a big frozen puddle in the fields.

I just came in from a day of sweating in the heat! ~60F
I have cleared the walk around the house from ice / snow piles and am ready for the spring dumps.
I shoveled out the bed of the truck, pumped up the tire, loaded and dropped off the firewood. I had to attack that stupid drift near the door to even get in the truck, but hey, all in a day's work. I did suggest to DH that we get that drift cleaned up...
Tomorrow is supposed to be beautiful and that is on the list!
I am having water!

Good morning! I assume the coffee is safe to drink?
It is in the 40's this am and the weather is supposed to be sunny again. The plains are cloudy and in the 20's. LOL!
MORF is finally settling in and getting comfy with rehab. He admitted that he wasn't in any hurry to get out, which is maybe both good and bad. I am planning to go see him later on in the week when I do my pre-storm shopping for the weekend.
My artist friend, left me a card when I dropped off the firewood to her and I am going to frame it! She had a brain implant to stop the essential tremors and now she is able to do her artwork again. How awesome is that! I love owls...
