Haha then it'd get all melty! If only I were still in Canada and it were winter...put on those boots and tromp through the snow (though where I lived was a good 50km/30mi from the decent grocery store....)
Probably be a good hours walk or so from where we are now at least. And hubs has the little cooler for his lunches. Sigh.

But heck. I'm going into town now anyway for a couple provisions. I may swing by.

Well there's a pic at the beginning of the post. I'm keeping the container cause I was going to plant some mint in it lol.
Can a person really know what something tastes like with 'only' one pint for the sample size?
Just asking, because I have that problem or maybe I'm just weak in the knees when it comes to frozen goodies.
What do I know?

I tried a few brands of gelato, I like the Breyer's very well and also something called Graeters or a name like that. - they had caramel truffle.

Mmm. I'm a caramel fiend.

Just got a call from the mil - her rooster that wasn't doing so well...has/had mites. Poor guy. So she called me to remind me to fluff up the girls and check em out on a regular basis.

Some of em won't like this...lol.

To fluff my Ladies for a check I use a fan or hairdryer on low (that is how I checked my kids for lice when they were in elementary school) the air blows the feathers without pulling and allows you to move quicker across the body if you think you see something. just my 2 cents, And my ladies love a good breeze in the right places

i went to my garden club meeting last night and met another member's chickens! They are beautiful, and bigger than I thought! And her rooster was very handsome. She has Silver laced Wyandottes, Gold laced Wyandottes and Partridge Chantacleers. And they were pretty well behaved too!

I am partial to ice cream, which I don't eat very often. My favorite is Jilbert Dairy's Zanzibar! It is a double dark chocolate. Heaven!:love
