Just in case anyone is hungry, I have a ton of tortilla soup left. Just ladle it over a pile of shredded turkey, top with chopped avocado, queso fresco, cilantro, a squeeze of lime and some crumbled tortilla chips and you are good to go. Fixins are on the counter.

Oh yum! I love soup. Unfortunately I do not excel at making it. Mine is always good, but never that "extra special" that some people achieve!
