Also have you had ear problems with your Goldens? My dad wants one and we used to have one but he doesn't want to deal with the ears.

Kelsey, we are on golden number three, and she is 8 years old. None of them have had ear problems, but we feed a grain free diet.

I need coffee. Early start this AM to attend a field trial. I am running 2 males, and in the last 3 field trials they have gotten a 2nd, 2 4ths, and an NBQ (5th).

Thanks, that helps. I really think it is the diet maybe. I mean, obviously the long ear fur and flappy ears might make them more prone but idk
