I've seen videos of trucks getting blown over in winds like that - scary!

63° and passing showers this morning; radar looks like it wants to do a lot more later. I've heard that this system has been a real beast for some, so I hope all y'all's loved ones are safe.

@Bunnylady cute little buns! Hope you don't have trouble with the storm system...you guys seem to get more than your share of rain.

As for the truck blow overs, there have been over 20 of them so far this winter just in this area. But that doesn't seem to make the people driving the trucks any more cautious. I always try to stay clear of them.

If you bought it, a truck brought it. Sometimes dispatchers and the trucking co don't care about anything but getting the load delivered on time. If one driver can't/won't do it, there are plenty of other people who need a job and don't know any better.

Morning! Got my coffee and it is sunny today!! I miss the sun; last couple weeks have been very dreary and cloudy. Plus, now I can do laundry, got some going already, will be ready to hang on the line in a few minutes.
I know it'll probably get cold again, but I've got spring fever!
(It's only 2c/35F outside btw lol)

We had crazy wind yesterday too, this morning apparently it was black ice, my DH said he passed lots of cars in the ditch and one roll over accident. Yikes! He only has a 25min commute, glad he got to work safely!

DS$ has a new State Champ singlet in his attire and now he is looking forward to next week's All-State and then Middle School State, oh my... I guess it is our own brand of March Madness!
I am glad everyone is staying safe in the weather! We have a week of above freezing and sunny on tap.
Bunny, Congrats to your DD! That is very exciting and what a great experience for her.

I did get out yesterday (finally, lol). The 60+ mph wind gusts blowing snow everywhere made for an uncomfortable ride but got to the store & back without problems. I can stay home today and not feel guilty about not running errands
