We're doing everything we can to get stuff out of the way before the majority of our food comes (hopefully tomorrow). Yesterday I thought I'd be at work about 4 hours and ended up finding enough to do to work 9. The kitchen is spic & span and all ready to go so that's nice!

Still planning on opening tomorrow?

One permit down. That one was to the province for permission to develop along a highway. Permit for the actual development was submitted last week. We're supposed to be starting on getting a driveway this week (We've just been driving through our hay fields up until now. I can't tell you how many times we've been stuck this year.) No news on the sale. We went there a few days ago to mow the lawn. I wasn't too impressed with our realtor. No business cards or brochures or anything. He has not contacted me since before the listing went live.

Are you under contract to use that realtor? If not, maybe you could try someone else? Good news on getting a driveway put in, getting stuck stinks (especially repeatedly).

Yes, we're still planning on opening tomorrow but due to lack of food, there will be a very abbreviated menu. Sheesh, this season will be over before we're 100% in gear. Which maybe that's not a totally bad idea
