Hey I'm excited to get the shot. Manufacturer ran out. Was supposed to get the second shot in 4-6 mos. I had my first 5-7, so the 2nd. one(tomorrow) will be 12-17. If it prevents shingles, it's well worth the effort.

Happy your able to get them never had shingles never want it did have the old one hope we can get the new ones soon the new year

I've been on the waiting list to get the 1st shingles shot for months...and months...

We are not on list as they said they really did not know when more would ready

My pharmacy had said they wouldn't be getting any of the Shingrix vaccine until January. So it was a nice surprise to have someone call me Friday to say they had it and would hold it for me for 13 days. With Medicare it cost me $ 3.07 plus I got 2- $ 5. coupons for use at Target. So good deal.

It's a very sly shot. When you first get it, you don't feel a thing. About an hour later it starts kicking in. I felt it for 3 weeks from the first shot. Not terrible BUT, I always get shots or tests from the left arm. I couldn't believe a shot would bother me that long, so wondering mind figured it was an early symptom of heart attack. No but, could have been!!

We all get older with you Diva but hope all is alright when we got our flu shots the regular one I prayed to ralph for a full day after that not super sure about the new shingles vac
