Does freezing headaches really work IM? When I get brain freeze from ice cream, I've been told to alternate cold with warm food- supposed to stop it in it's tracks.

My neck and ears were cold so I grabbed my jacket. I'm barefoot but feet aren't on the cement so they're not cold

It's a sinus headache so the cold, moist air helps quite a bit. I get them a lot when the weather is variable.

3 days. It sounds terrible, but there is a reason people have kids at a young age. I feel bad about it, but there you go.

I have a couple of appointments so I'm not off to have fun. I can get some errands done between them which will make the weekend more relaxing though
