I was thinking about baking some bread tomorrow morning since it's supposed to rain. I also feel like something cooked all day on the stove for dinner so I'm going through the freezers to see what I can find.

I'm not promising pictures until I see how they end up.

Your dinner plan sounds promising! DH is in Casper for the weekend so I'll probably be fine dining on crackers and cheese, or maybe leftovers.

My son never wanted to cook as a kid. He tried Hello Fresh for a while and they loved it. He said he learned a lot and he still gets it delivered from time to time.

I never thought of the meal delivery plans as a way of learning how to cook...that was a good intro to it for him.

Belated good morning, Café, and thanks IM. Just got back from the vet's office - costs of having animals are becoming prohibitive.

Don't I know Sour, that's why no more dogs for me. I miss them bitterly.Hope you were at the vet's just for something routine. When I had the kennel I was always using "newly acquired funds", from a sale to cover the vet.

Abscessed tooth which I already have under control, but dog needs some dental work. Initial visit $200 +. Dread what the bill for cleaning/extraction will be.

Can't like that Sour. Too bad there is no Medidog for at least senior dogs.
