I knew those winds were ripping the other day! Here are the official stats....

The National Center for Atmospheric Research shows sustained winds of up to 50 mph at times and recorded a 94 mph gust at its Mesa lab at 7:25 a.m. today. The National Weather Service reported a gust of 100 mph near Gold Hill, while the National Wind Technology Center south of Boulder recorded a gust of 102 mph at 7:36 a.m.

I have been the 'rock' on the end of a few ropes like that one. It never ended up very pretty for anybody

Nice pic NFC, I still wish that somebody had a camera the last time I got a unplanned a flying lesson and failed the landing part 'Again'

I'm just not meant to land on my feet I guess

, but it would be nice at least one time.
