Morning! Cold here too. Thanks for the hot coffee and someone can have my donut...
I am going to try to waste time and be occupied until 6PM when DS$ starts wrestling. Fortunately, I need to get the critters set up for tomorrow's all day and hopefully, Sunday as well. One never really knows what might happen when it comes to wrestling.

Oh yeah, I wouldn’t buy it from there, especially since that’s pretty expensive for a 5 pound bag, I think I have seen it at TSC and for cheaper, I was just wondering if that type of feed would work for quail.

I've tried out a few feeder types. I still got waste. Even if the chickens couldn't scratch the feed out they would pick it out and throw it on the floor.
I've come to the same conclusion as you, there will always be some waste.

Well, i have eggs to hatch. In 6 weeks i can have fresh breeders. And i have breeding groups of those colors i mentioned.

Above freezing overnight and blue skies and sunshine atm.
It's a general strike day here so not a lot going on I would think. I might go into the village to see just how many of the 'faithful' are prepared to lose a days money for the cause.
