BYC Café

the middle one looks really good.

This is my favorite pie of all times ever.. but it is difficult to find one that isn't mostly that nasty corn starch jell stuff.

I agree with both of your statements Bunny, I'm so glad my water is water not ice and, Margie will likly need a lot of coffee all day long.
Be careful out there Margie.

Well, THAT was fun. Now I am regrouping and warming up with more coffee.
So, you know it is cold out when you have to go pee again after you are done dressing for the outside. Words of wisdom for you all.......

A chef introduced me to Swedish Apple Pie a few years ago, and also gave me the recipe. I always have to make two, because the first one may vanish before my husband gets home.

What! Your not sharing the recipe? Sounds delicious and I have spare apples around this place.

On another note: Can someone please tell me why I buy the NO Grain kitten food when EVERY day when I feed the chickens, the kitten is head down eating the Vegetarian Chicken food and stealing ( of all things) the dreaded corn out of the sweet feed? (sheep bribery and chicken scratch) Really? But he loves his food too, don't get me wrong on that, and so do the chickens when I give them a treat of meat. I think I should just have a buffet of meat and fruit/ veggies and grains and just let them all choose what they feel like eating. I think that could be a new business idea. A TV dinner style pet food thing with lots of packaging and a cool label that says "Natural." Who's in?
(I have had WAY too much coffee, can you tell?)

@Bunnylady I had to find out what Swedish apple pie is. Is this like yours...crustless pie topped with some sort of pecan topping?

Hi @Bridebeliever ! No 400 posts per day here, lol. But it does help if you are a coffee drinker! Our Scott makes a mean cup of coffee and sometimes even provides breakfast goodies
