BYC Café

Cool reading about the history of that tea. It's supposed to help upset stomach? Who knew? I will have to try some. Dont know if Tuesday Morning store is anywhere close, but I'm betting there will be one in Montgomery.
You can order it from Amazon.

Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is on the stove.
There are some Typhoo tea bags by the side. It's quite hard to find here so when I see it I buy in bulk. Usually the Asian shops in Barcelona have it and it's cheap.
Morning Shad
Typhoo isn't cheap over here and hard to find unless you go to an World Market type store or order it from Amazon.

@007Sean in my opinion coffee made in a French press is fantastic. I use a hot pot to boil water, but I've discovered that it tastes less bitter if you let the water cool down a bit after it boils and before you pour over the grounds.

Also, sometimes there's extra coffee in the pot so we made ours a cozy for winter with an old sunshade

Yep, I don't bring the water quite to a boil. Also depends on what brand of coffee you use...I primarily use French Market, which has chicory, which sometimes can be bitter tasting, if you let it steep for long. The other brand is Community and sometimes I make Cafe de Olla coffee.
