I can't believe I just wrote that.

Not much no. especially when talking about creatures other than humans and if my mouth and brain don't coordinate and I get a slap for calling a women cute, I'm okay with that.
I did have a brief look but the dances give me the creeps. They have these huge doll like figures they walk around with on stilts. It's all a bit pagan and nationalistic.
If you've ever seen a film called The Wicker Man you'll understand.

Had to go look up some info on that film. I've never seen it but the recap did remind me of a creepy book I read years ago by Thomas Tryone, it was called "Harvest Home".

They are smallish black bears and despite feed spilled everywhere, they stay away from our areas. I don't think they like the shepherd.

I wouldn't want to tangle with even a small bear. Glad they don't care for the dog!

Hubby saw one with a baby bear about a year and a half ago. It saw him and ran off.
