I pulled up the drive and here she comes waddling up to greet me! It was adorable, or would have been if she didn’t get into the chicken feed XD

I built 4 flight cages in the basement before we had kids. And i had 2 bedrooms full of caged birds.

I wish I could have that!! I really want parakeets and cockatiels haha I would love to have some bigger birds/actual parrots eventually but they’re a lot more work.

I like both so to me it sounds good lol although idk about a sandwich with it. Maybe on toast. And sometimes I put peanut butter straight on a banana and eat it like that.

Long but fun first day at work! Also lost a guinea to what I believe is a canid. All that was left was feathers.

Glad you enjoyed your first day on the new job! Sorry about the guinea though.

Well, the general consensus on the duck thread is that these little fellas are fawn and white runner ducks. They were the smallest in the mixed bin at TSC and getting trampled so I had to pick them. I was kinda hoping for Peking, but they are pretty sweet, and they will have a good chance of surviving.

Theres a free pot belly pig on CL posted today, we really want a mini farm, and have a couple acres. It could happen!
