I'm exactly one week & 489 posts behind. Did I miss anything? DH & I have been building a Catio so our indoor cats can kinda go outside without breaking our adoption contract of keeping them exclusively inside. We weren't aiming big, just a 6x9x7 box, but we're still hammering at it. I'm positive Cap would be laughing if she could see us. She would've had this sucker whipped out in her sleep.

Hope you'll show us a picture of your catio Roomie...I bet the cats will love it!

For as long as we've been working on it, I might have to start a Catio thread. DH & me were clearly not created with basic building skills.

I've made a bit of progress on the conversion.

Yep. Those are 2' overhangs. Go big or go home.
I'll be adding bracing on the rake overhangs to support them when the painting is done.
Hope to get the front wall framing done by tomorrow.
