I've never had gator but I'd like to try it sometime.

Gator tail is da best...but it has to be fresh, if not it will be like 'chew'n' on rubber rawhide.

I came in hoping for bagels & maybe a little left over cake, but seems the café is only serving exotic food today. I hope the grasshoppers are at least covered in chocolate.

Make sure it's real fresh, then get it fried like chicken tenders with dipping sauce! If you get down to Breaux Bridge theres a place called Cafe des Amis that has a Zydeco breakfast every Saturday. Live music and fried gator with scrambled eggs! Yeah babe!
