Well thank you very much! I may be tired and I'm certainly sick of Fabio flogging me, but I really enjoyed the work!
Remember, I'm a former house flipper so it's very hard for me NOT to paint the finished product.
I think you should go for it and post the before and after pictures.

I'll do that, thanks. I'm going to whitewash the inside, just looking over colors for the exterior.

Thanks. I’m really attached to all my animals, even my livestock. I’m so glad he’s bouncing around again. The family is treating me to pizza and that was enough motivation to drag DB out of his state of misery. Never underestimate the power of food for a teenage boy!

The Great Eastward Chicken Pilgrimage occurred last night. After roosting time so I left the brooder light on for them all night to learn the lay of the land.
I didn't get the door closed to the old coop in time this morning and some of the girls made it in there to lay. But two of them left their rent payment in the new nest box!

What a beautiful coop! Well done!

Thanks! I'm looking forward to finishing it. It doesn't have any of the windows installed yet, the trim isn't done and I still need to build the run but I'm hoping it will be finished before May is out.
