What was Sophie's diagnosis? Did she have the same symptoms that Peekaboo is now having? I'm sorry, I don't remember all the details.
How is Ocho?

Hey girlie, Sophie got very lethargic with smelly diarrhea, I pm'd a couple of very knowledgeable members and got advice to give probiotics and electrolytes along with wet crumbles as well as vitamins in her water. 3 days in the house near a heat lamp and she was demanding her freedom. Poops were much improved as well as appetite.

Ocho is alot better, but spends more time trying to mate than he does eating. I have to sequester him in the coop with food he likes when they are in the backyard to get him fed. The girls are taking full advantage of his effort to be a gentleman rooster.

I, on the other hand am depressed and very concerned. Tending to cocoon and keep to myself through the trouble times. Thank you for all the kindness and concern for me and mine.

Awww! Thanks for the kind words. Just spent too many years being a vet tech; I find it remarkably stressful nowadays.

Will try again in a couple of days, we don't want to be near the nest for too long and make mama mad.
