Chilly here this morning. It's 23* but feels like 14* with snow expected later today

Good morning, Café, and it's a beautiful one here. Grandson has a baseball game this afternoon. Many have been canceled due to rain this spring.

How did your dogs do Sour? Hope you have a relaxing evening!

It was a derby (young dog) winners stake, and I only have the one - Treaty. He was defeated in first series, came back low, performed well with no place to go - got 5th or NBQ . Evening was relaxing until the muscle cramps on my legs hit. Guess I'm not in as good a shape as I thought.

Morning All! No snow yet but they are still saying 8 - 16 inches and keep checking back...
Silly weather. At least the weather and the DS$ are on the same page with taking the day off from wrestling. He is sore after the weekend camp so it is all good.
Hope all of the chickens and sore people are resting up!

Sour, this year I opted to not breed any back. Last year was overwhelming with all of the other stuff going on besides lambing and I don't think it is fair to the girls to have me gone all of the time with the DS$. Although, his schedule has changed up a bit as well and we are doing less of the local tournaments. (We, as in me being the taxi and support crew and he doing the wrestling! )
I am actually in the process of downsizing the flock a bit to make things easier on the DH....
