My Mama and I would always say that to each other!
Aww

Haha, yep we did. I walked and my husband was in the ranger. They were tired, poor things. Those were slightly overweight feeders, but we like them in the heavier side anyway.
Oh wow lol glad you got them back.
I am the trombone player in the middle row second from the right.
You can see the festival logo from 1978 in the photo.

Neat pic!
That was our problem: they found a weak spot and kept on a-pushing! Luckily our neighbors are pretty good people that don't get too concerned. They'd rather help you than anything.
That’s good! Difference between country and here I guess lol
My sister really gets on my nerves with that. We’ll go to Gasthof in Montgomery (Amish buffet) and she’ll fill her plate and eat a few bites and leave the rest.
I’ve had a lot of opportunities in life that were great. I’m very lucky and thankful I’ve had these experiences.
While I would never just eat a few bites, I have been known to experience my eyes being bigger than my stomach.

That is awesome!! Glad you’ve had such great opportunities. Not everyone does.

That’s awesome. At least they helped and didn’t complain. I find wrangling pigs quite fun and a great workout.
Sounds like a work out for sure lol
Funny Story, I went out with the sax player in front of me in the picture when I was a Freshman in College for a date.
I do not know what I did but She would not go out on a second one! Broke my heart.
I did wind up marrying a girl from the Gold band though. It will be 37 years on July 17th
Aw that’s sad but seems you found the right one! Probably for the best!!
I guess trombones and saxes don’t mix XD

She wound up marrying a guy whose Family farmed strawberries, had a couple of children and divorced.
I have lost tack now though
Interesting choice lol
My uncle from Alaska sent me lynx... Links. I couldn't bring myself to try them. He told me last week when he was here that they were awful haha. Glad I didn't partake.
Sounds terrible lol
Well we all are born, love, and die. It’s the memories that make it all worth while.
We’ll said.
Definitely a workout. Thankfully most of the time we had our "cow" dogs, who also wrangle pigs on occasion!
Dogs are a big help!!
Haha! I would have tried them and if I didn’t like them I’d fry the rest up and give Piggy Sue a treat.
Good idea.
That's crazy! Sounds like it worked out for the best. Congratulations on your marital longevity! Our anniversary is July 30th![]()
X2
Also wait.... you’re married!?

Our nearest neighbor has cows and some like to get out so I see them on the road from time to time. I don’t trust angus cows. Never turn your back on them.
I always thought they were sweet. Guess not.
