That's a bit like adding insult to injury. The towing company better get it in gear and adjust any fee accordingly.

Well that's up to the insurance company to figure out and pay. Towing company is contracted with them for services. They'll fix it or I'll start making phone calls. They don't want me to take over dealing with this in my present state of irritation.

Well the maroon at the tow company left it in front of the dealership and they had it towed. All I can say is we ain't in very good hands if you ask me.
