BYC Café

Awesome!! Thank you!! Definitely need some.

Stayed up until about 6:30 on here

And then finally fell asleep after and woke up like quarter after 11, was going to fall back asleep but then I started reading what I was reading last night again and ended up staying in bed until 1:30

Finally decided to just drag myself up since at this point I had been up too long and wasn’t going to be able to go back to sleep.

Now trying to down caffeine and make up for lost time and actually get something done today. :lau
I was up at 6:30 and started baking. A German's Chocolate cake for my Youngest DDs Birthday and there loaves of bread.

The cake looks great!

Guess we are on opposite schedules then! :lau

Funny thing is lately I’ve been doing well with going to bed and getting up fairly early, eating healthy/cooking, getting stuff done, etc. etc. but then last night I just started reading and couldn’t put the phone down, got sucked into a thread :lau

Tomorrow will hopefully be better lol

And I’ve been trying to make up for lost time today too ha

And wow that looks awesome!!! :drool

Yes, I built a big hoop coop for the guineas. But hubby got tired of listening to them so I sold them all. I used to sell a lot of keets. We have 13 acres, so it would be hard to have enough to really cut back the ticks.
How much of that 13 acres do the guineas use Cap?
Do they have a routine area in which they spend most of the day?

Good luck this weekend Margie. :fl:fl The older I get, the more Labor Day is becoming my favorite holiday. I kinda hold my breath & hide all summer till about a week after Labor Day when I can finally go out & breathe again.
Not too keen on the heat then Roomy?
Coming from the UK I have an unreasonable fondness for the idea of sunshine. You don't see a lot of it.
The reality of perhaps 3 months of temperatures above 90F with humidity going up and down like a lift, I'm finding exhausting.
