I get the boring. I raced dingys ~ fast, unstable, wired ~ & I was really, really underweight for the boats I loved & sailed so it was always exciting. Not into cruising @ all. Hate salt water, sand, sun ~ fiberglass!!! I like to hike & camp & have done heaps of that over the years. I always say I got the Scots crofting gene [a little of this, a little of that, not too much of anything ] rather than the nordic viking blood of the rest of my family. :lau The thought of being stuck on a boat for days on end with my family [much as I love them] makes me break out in hives!!!

Yeah, we had a 40 foot (thought it was 48 but my dad just corrected me when I asked lol whoops) Beneteau First 405 (he gave me the full name and details :lau ) so definitely a cruising boat haha we mostly just went around the harbor or bays and around local places, across the bay or whatever haha boring especially on a calm day with no wind and no land in sight going across the perfectly calm and still bay. Like watching paint dry or worse. :lau

Most boring afternoon ever.

And :lau I love that! Sounds like me. Love lots of things.

And oh yes!! Got a little old being in such cramped quarters lol

No, but I buy a lot of my stock at rabbit shows. Too busy to drive all over for shows. I used to show dogs.
I have a friend who shows *silver fox* ~ I think. Not really up on rabbits. What breed of dog did you show... sorry about the scoring my computer's gone mad.

Shetland Sheepdogs, Lhasa Apsos, Papillons, Belgian Sheepdogs, of my own. I sometimes showed for other people, so add Samoyeds, Soft Coated Wheaton Terriers, Bull Terriers, Corgis, and Siberian Huskies.

Not often you hear of Papillons ~ not out here anyway. If I were a dog person Shelties would be among my picks. I think they are very smart.
