He's not quite done. I'm going to get a black paint pen and fill in the grooves that were routed in.
 
I pop in now and again, mostly to bother Shadrach.
He was nice to me once so now he's forever stuck.
This time I came to show off my super fat cockrel.
No clue why he's so jiggly, this is the one time it isn't my doing.:)

Lord good morning Cafe Dobie that is Beautiful

Baked Potato Au Gratin Soup

6 large Potato baked lightly and diced

1 lb bacon fried crisp cut and added (Save some for garnish)

2 cups cooked Ham
3 cups shredded cheese (to your liking)
3 tblsp Dill
4 tblsp pepper
2 tblsp salt
3 tblsp parsley
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 ½ tblsp celery seed


Save 1 cup of ham drippings 4 tblsp of bacon grease then add 3 to 4 cups milk

Simmer 15 to 20 stir often thicken with cornstarch and milk to thicken to desired thickness
Caution when bringing to a boil the milk does not break
