Honestly I think meeting her was good for her and for me. I think it really helped her in her last days and it helped me realize many things about life.

The weak vacation that we had with her was amazing. We went to Noah's ark that's in Kentucky, it was really fun. We actually rented scooters because most of it is inclined and back then I really couldn't do inclines but with my infusions I'm doing a lot better.

I'm probably one of the few patients that has pulmonary hypertension that doesn't need oxygen.

I pretty much moved to Virginia because of the doctors and the hospital that they have here. I think moving has really helped me too because of the weather that's why I can't really handle cold weather. It kills my lungs...

aww I’m glad you’re doing so well now!! :love :hugs

Lovely picture, thanks for sharing it! And thanks for sharing your story too. People that work so hard at overcoming their personal obstacles are inspiring. That's what makes you "different"...instead of moaning & feeling sorry for yourself, you've fought hard to deal with things. :hugs
My doctor always gives me the evil eye because he says I never say what's wrong with me I always say that I am good. I told him I will tell him when I feel awful which I have done in the past.

My doctor has set up personal goals for me and I've pretty much given all those goals 110%. One of my goals is actually to go swim with sharks, I'm fascinated with them :gigthe pump that gives me my medication is not waterproof, but I have found a way to go swimming. My youngest is actually on a swim team and I love that he can do something that I used to do (I was on a swim team) and that I truly had a passion for. Now I don't have to worry about killing myself trying to swim because he can do it for me :lau

When you feel sorry about a disease, you are letting the disease win. I'd rather kick the disease where it counts and not give it any leverage over me.

that is awesome!!! I really should try to lean more that way haha or at least more like whole foods , fruits, vegetables, etc. and less processed carp haha

And yeah I’m similar. Idk why but it’s been like a year for me too haha I can still eat it somewhat but still. Never really liked milk much anyway but it started causing stomach problems and/or sinus problems. I actually find since I’ve been eating some probiotics that I can drink it a little bit now/digest it easier but it still clogs up my sinuses/kinda hurts my head so I don’t really drink it anyway. But I do like ice cream and butter haha I try to cut it out but I don’t think I ever could totally. I love yogurt too but had off and on issues with that too. I just try to avoid most dairy now haha
I find it so odd that so many people are becoming allergic or intolerant of dairy. My brother has similar issues and so doesn't my father.

Yeah it is very strange!! Wonder if for your family it is genetic?? Maybe only on the male side? For me, no one else in my family is and I used to be able to eat and drink it fine so

I’m just glad I can at least have a tiny bit now because for a little while I couldn’t even dip cookies in it which sucked because I LOVE cookies and milk :( but now I can. I just don’t drink the milk after haha I could now though but I don’t really like it anyway. Someone else usually drinks it lol

Have you ever tried almond milk?

The sweetened vanilla one is probably the best, but it's probably not the best for you. Almond breeze is the best almond milk brand in my opinion. I've tried several different milks; coconut milk, almond milk, cashew milk, and rice milk.

I’ve tried it a few times and wasn’t really a huge fan but that was a while ago. Maybe I need to try it again haha I find some of the flavored ones way too sweet. Good but not for regular use. Have you heard of oat milk? I’ve heard several people say that’s the best out of all of them, best flavor or whatever, but I’m kind of worried to try it ha
