I'm not really impressed with Aldi's... maybe I'm the only one, there wasn't really much that I wanted when I went. Plus I didn't have a quarter for my cart![]()
You need a quarter to be able to use the cart to shop. I think you have to bring your own bags too or the charge you for bags. They actually charge you for a cart?!? That's crazy! That would sure cut down on any impulse buying on my part.

I never have change on meI wouldn't squawk about bringing my own bags. But paying to use a cart is nuts!

I really like the reusable bags especially the ones that hold the frozen food. They work so good! That is highway robbery in my view I would not shop there
we do not use plastic bags much now We have several of the Costco ones
although the web ones are really quite large do not use them as much
I always bring my cart back as well! It drives me bonkers when people leave them out in parking spots and such. I just didn't have a quarter last time I went so I didn't even get a cart.Just asked the Princess - we have an Aldi's here in town. She says you get your quarter back if/when you return the cart. I am not the 'grocery shopper', but I always return my cart at TSC. Even though they don't charge a quarter.
