I'll tell my funny family Thanksgiving story but most of you already read it.
I had my parents and nephew over for Thanksgiving about 5 houses ago a few months after we adopted Ben.
He was great during dinner. We retired to the living room with our coffee and pumpkin pie. My mother had just taken a large bite of her pumpkin pie when Ben very deftly licked most of it right out of her mouth. Everyone except my mother was cracking up.

@FortCluck our daughter has a black lab that may be the second most intelligent dog I have ever known.

My end of Thanksgiving is prepared:

Mashed butternut squash/maple syrup
Roasted brussel sprouts with yellow raisins
Breaded roasted asparagus with Balsamic vinaigrette
Mushrooms in brown gravy

The Princess adds :

Keylime cheesecake pie
Brie in pastry

Cherry pie is out of the refrigerator. At 3 PM we head to our daughter's home. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

I've had what is colloquially know as a right touch today. I sold two lamps. I haven't sold anything for months and out of the blue this car turns up and a man gets out and asks if I'm the guy that makes the lamps he saw on U Tube.
I'm a bit nonplussed for a moment, then I remember that some young man came around a few of the stalls at the Mostra de Art last year saying he was making a video of some of the work on display. I haven't even seen the video. These were big lamps he bought, 350 Euros each. I let him have the pair for 600.
I'm rich!
Edit. I'm looking for flights to the UK for Christmas.
