That reminds me of the time my mom decided to learn how to reupholster furniture. Did she start with something small? Nope! She tore apart my dad's recliner as her first project. It was also her last project. Dad had to pay a professional to put his chair back together. :gig
Oh no! Haha, that's too funny:lau I wouldn't trust myself with that big of project yet! Maybe ever!

Let's hope these are easy breezy

Not a great thing I am good at either now most chair like dining style the seat comes off never tried them here good luck did not do too horrible on BF's chair that was to hide the cats claw marks
These chairs are pretty old and gross looking. Not to mention they're of my husbands ex-wifes legacy! He wants to sh*t can them, but they are perfectly good chairs. Just not real perty.

I'd burn them  nothing from my husband's previous marriage came into our marriage because it's a curse. Everything he had with her started to break just like their marriage did. It was an eye opener.

Ha, well everyone certainly has there own ideas there. I feel no emotional reaction to things like that. Long ago those chairs became mine and now I'm going to spiff them up. Well...that's my plan, anyway :fl I'm sure you all will hear about it soon enough:D

I feel like memories made with those items don't need to linger around. We wanted to start everything new. We bought all our furniture together, we brought nothing from the past into our new home besides my puggle, but she was always just mine.

I like creating new memories. The past does create us, but I look at today and the future, not what happened yesterday or 5 years ago.

sounds good in the morning I am going to try to make small pies like blueberry filling but deep fry maybe in flour tortilla's
Ooh, that sounds good! It turned out pretty delish. Made with a more traditional pie type crust, which I don't care for, but he did a great job for a 20yr old bachelor! Ma always made them with a bread like crust, which I loved.
