Sour, maybe you can get the dogs to walk instead of run. I'm not too worried about the physical - slow and steady still won the race for the turtle. But I am forgetful as is my sister and brother - one older than me, one younger. On the bus the driver knows to give a ' post it'with the time she is coming to pick us up. I also carry one of those little clocks you get at office stores- and have the hands adjusted to the right time -IF nothing bumps them out of alignment.

Trouble is I get distracted easily - you know like "oh look a chicken!" Usually the brain and I get together at some point during the day and all is good.

I think it is, Japan where people can take out a dog/puppy for a certain length of time,to try it out like a library book. No joke. Some don't live where they can have a pet and others wants to see if it can become a permanent owner without too much disruption in their lives. Don't know how the dogs feel about such changeable relationships but, it sure socializes them.

Yep - running dogs and feeding rabbits. I got to thinking what am I going to do when I am no longer physically able to do these things.
You sound a long way from that yet Mr sourland. With a bit of luck, something will kill you before you get there.

I'm not touching that Shad. How we feel about such things depends on how well or not we are doing at the time. Not all good, nor bad depends on it.
He'll still be singing the Who's My Generation for years yet I bet.

Well, I've now got all of the parts and pieces I need to reupholster my dining room chairs! Fabric was the last bit and it came today. I haven't done it before, but it doesn't seem too hard. Guess I'll find out how crafty I am :p

That reminds me of the time my mom decided to learn how to reupholster furniture. Did she start with something small? Nope! She tore apart my dad's recliner as her first project. It was also her last project. Dad had to pay a professional to put his chair back together. :gig
