Morning to all...in a mid day kind of way.

I've been busy roasting coffee this morning.



That's batch one of the day. I went really dark. I love a dark roast. I have seriously taken my addiction to the next level! Bought this for hubby for Christmas and he's loving it too. There's nothing like roasting your own beans!

Now I have to do boring stuff like laundry and dishes.

I have bean-envy. We get pretty good coffee and grind it fresh ourselves but being able to roast your own? Awesome.

Hey, looking at your last line there...you could be De' BB (can't say why, but that seems funny to me, you can all go back to your other reading now)

That's ok, let them keep thinking it. Everyone has their part to play in the family unit, right? Be the nutty one, that's way more fun than being the serious one.
