Scott, the Princess is on a 'business' trip, and I am a bachelor for a few days. That used to be fun once upon a time - not so much now.

  I feel your pain - I also have a 'trick' back.  Still haven't figured out how I can carry a bag of feed with no problem yet something as simple as lifting the toilet seat can throw my back out.  Told the Princess I should just pee on the floor.,  She replied, "You already do."

I know me too...lift heavy things okay....try and tie my shoe scream in pain...it's just certain movements.

Morning to all...in a mid day kind of way.

I've been busy roasting coffee this morning.

That's batch one of the day. I went really dark. I love a dark roast. I have seriously taken my addiction to the next level! Bought this for hubby for Christmas and he's loving it too. There's nothing like roasting your own beans!

Now I have to do boring stuff like laundry and dishes.
