Just wondering if it'll actually work in making Giant Silkies

I bred my BJG to all my hens and their chicks aren't any bigger than a regular chick. I also have Brahma mixes and they're not bigger than the other chicks either.

Interesting. When I got my Brahmas as chicks they were big, & heavy. They were at least 6 days old. Needed two hands to hold those girls.

Sure, but I don't think genetics quite works out that way all the time. Kind of like kids with tall parents and they're short or short parents with tall kids.
