Another day in Paradise at work then I have to deal with three sets of federal and state taxes to submit. I did mine and the fed return was rejected. Joy. I didn't even open up the email to find out why yet.

Federal is not due until July now. California has the same extension.

Of course if you are getting a refund, file ASAP!

This is what I planted along with seeds from onions, beef eater tomato and carrots so those do not show yet .. The rest where starts we bought cabbage, brussle sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli

Good morning Cafe.
Coffee is on the stove and there is a kettle and tea bags plus loose green tea, for ladies eight and anyone else who wants tea. No tea pot I'm afraid. I broke mine last week.
A bit chilly overnight; single digits on the plus side of zero.
Light grey skies this morning but no more rain so far.
Fascinating behaviour from the main house here. I think a couple of them may be turning into human beings.
Now all that commuting and travel and important meetings stuff is fading away the possibility that they may in reality be just like everyone else seems to be working it's way into their consciousness. One of them is spending quite a lot of time in the vegetable garden and learning how to grow stuff.
Daughters and friends are under the impression from reading the media hysteria that the I may be the only person left alive in Spain in a couple of weeks so reassuring emails need to be sent.

We have another day of wall-to-wall sunshine and pure blue skies (no vapour trails ).
The downside is that I can no longer find excuses to procrastinate over cleaning out the shed

It's a nice morning at 32F. We are expecting a decent day with highs in the upper 50s.
I have taxes to do and phone calls to make this afternoon and I'm still hoping to get a few hours of word done at dad's house today.
