That tiny little thing at the tip of the tweezers. How can something so small cause so much pain?
I hope I got all of it.

I hope you squeezed the finger until it bled and then poured disinfectant on it.

My Mom taught sewing as a 4-H leader. Each year at least one student sewed a finger!

My elder sister did that with an electric sewing machine. She just sat their screaming with her foot pressed hard down on the pedal. I had to unplug the machined to get her finger out from under the sewing foot.

Sorry to hear about the finger, Tonya. Splinters that are not under the nail are bad enough! Hope to never know that feeling...

I remember when I was a kid, dad shot a nail through his thumb with a pneumatic gun. It stuck out both sides... He pulled it out with a pair of pliers

I stepped on a big staple once as a kid. Had to do the same thing. Not sure where my parents were.

My middle stepped on a board with nails in it and two nails went through the shoe and out the top of the foot. I had to pull the board to get the nails out.

Good thing we had our tetanus shots!

I wish that we could go the the Dr. again. I was checking out my big toe nails and it looks like I have something called psoriasis nails there. I do have scalp psoriasis and a bit abound the nose. I get it in my ears too.

This is likely what is causing the arthritis in my knee, hip and fingers. They like to test for gout and rheumatoid arthritis to rule those out though and you can't do that if you can't get to a Dr.!

Maybe you can do a virtual visit and he can order lab tests.

Oh my, I did that, but with only one nail. I was busy pulling down a barn as a teen. It was odd, I didn't feel the nail but my shoe was suddenly very wet. Full of blood. Had to go get a shot.

I had nails go into the foot but not through like that.

Since we lived in an Orchard with lots of animals, we were always up on our shots!

OKAY, y'all are freaking me with nails and staples and sewing machines piercing human flesh. You have discovered my Achilles heel. Needless to say I will not be getting any body piercings.

Punctures are awful
