Ooops, my bad. Not all that good at the saints stuff.....
Try Saint Joan for today. St Jordies is the holiday when people give each other roses I think.

The only thing I know about them is what Google tells me after you mention it and I have to look it up because I've never heard of it! St. Jordi's used to be roses for the woman, book for the man. Apparently it isn't so strict now and you can give a person either one.

Thank Ron, I really learned alot from the video, I love turkey and would never deliberately abuse it. My mother would make a great turkey every time BUT, no one was ever allowed to witness what she did. I would get the first taste and if I said it was a little too salty (it always was) I was banished. I did get first dibs on a leg.

The leftovers stayed in the fridge till I finished most of them. Nobody seemed to care for leftovers but me. Hot or cold, I loved them.

I think Sean must be working overtime - this enviromental mischief(covid) is just the kind of problem he deals with. Also heard on the news that the Texas governor opened things UP too early and the new cases of the virus jumped up. Either way I hope he wasn't affected.
