Outright sell. This couple has already been pre-approved for their mortgage. I am selling under appraised value because they are doing so much of the work that needs to be done. For them, this is literal sweat equity!

Morning! DL, they will appreciate that house more so!
Shad, I have washed wool, it takes up lots of space. This year would have been a great year to get it done but too many things are interferring with wool fun for such as that.
So hopefully the lady will take the wool and I will have more space in the sheep shed and be ready for the next shearing in a few months. Who knows.

Thank you! Those things kind of blended into the dark corner. I'd really like to get the bed and nightstands done this year. They're are getting old and haggard. The bed and one nightstand were my Mama's and the other one was my grandma's. It is one that you're supposed to finish yourself, but she never got around to it.

Sadly we are also hitting record numbers of new infections. Hopefully this will be the last wave for covid over here
