Hopefully you don't get fined for trespassing.
I would not want someone roaming my land without permission.

Here's the thing. The land boundaries aren't clearly marked and their land is not posted. And I do have permission from the fire department to use their land. And I had permission from the previous owner of the land in question. How was I to know they sold it and are no longer the current owners?

And they can't have teeth.
Can't tell from the picture if it is legal size but clearly doesn't have teeth.

What makes those traps clearly illegal is that they MUST be tagged with the owner's info.

Or their DEC license number which proves they've taken the mandatory 8 hr trapping course and know the laws.

when I was young I had a job in a fancy Italian restaurant, where I had a spell behind the bar. I learned about so many weird and wonderful tipples (in so many wacky bottle shapes) there. Amaretto Di Saronno has remained one of my favorites.
