Thank you, Penny!

A good chiropractor is worth their weight in gold imo. I used to go to one years ago when I still did Aikido. I used to get shoulder problems in particular. A couple of visits to the chiropractor and I felt fine. An awful lot of problems seem to stem in the back even if the pain is elswhere.

@Meg-in-MT I'm very impressed with that cake and those biscuits. :drool
I agree. I've gone to various chiropractors since I was 8-9 due to headaches. Then other back and hip pains, but my ribs come undone all the time :confused:This new school "kid" (he's younger than me :old) is the only one that's given me any relief.

Thank you, Shad. They were quite good, but could only have a smidgen of cake!

Went to the chiropractor and after some adjustments and muscle work
Nice to find an chiro that pays attention to the muscles too.
Since its the muscles that holds everything in place, or pulls it out of whack.

I need to find something like that. My hair grows at an alarming rate and even if I felt comfortable going to a barbers, I couldn't afford to pay every couple of months to keep my hair short.
It's Easy Peasy!

Have had a headache on and off since Friday. Also had him adjust my shoulders with no real faith it would help... Am pleasantly surprised at my range of motion afterwards.
The headbone is connected to the .... well EVERYTHING! The next question is:
What hurts now that you got your shoulders worked on? I'll go in for my massage with usual hip, back, neck and shoulders "complaints" and when those feel better find out my calves really hurt, just masked by the "higher" pains.

I'd gladly share with you, Nancy! And would also kinda like to see that :gig
I don't think I'd want to listen to " Ohhhh, I ate too much!!!" ;)

My parents went to some social thing and came home with half of a big sheet cake. I was up till 6 AM the next morning finishing it off- also very high from the sugar overload. I wanted to kid around with my parents and they were angry that I would make them late to work.
And thus started your night owl habits?

If this is the best our governments can do in a major crisis
Shy of locking people up, what else can they do but put out guidance and HOPE people will follow it?

Off to work. It's snowing pretty good here. I get to see how my new car does in the snow.
I'm sure you put snow tires on it, should be fine.

How I envy you!!! Since COVID officially started here in Germany in January, I had to go without my weekly physiotherapist sessions as all these activities are still not allowed, only doctor appointments for severe (life threatening) cases making reservations in advance.
By now I often feel twisted and knotted like this https://media1.faz.net/ppmedia/vide...a_overview/gordischer-knoten-staatsreform.jpg :barnie
