I've had no other options than to run Bella up and down the one lane road for her exercise. The good news is she's getting to meet all the neighbors!

Went to bed early last night and put Princess in charge of the baby sitting. Maggie Mae complained a little bit while in her crate, but greatly improved from the first night. She already knows 'outside' and 'come' and yesterday she learned how to go up the steps on the porch. Why I think she's probably a genius. I sound like a grandparent gushing about their grand kid.

We can get out but the fields I run the dogs in have most assuredly not been plowed open.
I haven't seen the tree rat since the storm!
I estimate I spent about 10 hours total shoveling snow from 40" of light powder to who knows how much of packed banks. It hurt to breath yesterday my ribs were so sore. And my abs, back and arms...
