Good evening Cafe.
There's a jug of hot chocolate on the stove for those who fancy a cup.
Lovely day but a bit chilly now. Going to be a dry night according to this lot.

I'll take a mug of that hot chocolate. It's snowing and the wind is blowing it sideways.

Even I will have a cup of that hot chocolate - thanks, Shad. It's been a damp, bone chilling sort of day here. I'm still thawing out.

I asked my hubby how old he thought we'd be when we couldn't take care of ourselves, and he said, "I hope we're dead by then." We'll see how we feel in another 20 years. Maybe something less remote will become more attractive.

20 years from now, though, this area may not be so remote, either.

I have the very same feelings as your husband. I dread the day we have to leave our home, and most likely we do NOT have another 20 years.

Both, sort of. I give him a good brush and then comb with a special comb, and he does indeed shed, all day, every day Those damn fine under-hairs float absolutely everywhere
Evidently he didn't read the manual; Lakelands aren't supposed to shed!

Hand stripping will stop that card the little guy look it up or ask a real groomer to show you? that would stop

With the arthritis problems we have, we will need to move to a single floor house at some point!

We did can stay here years two concrete steps down is all ..
That got real important fast .. Living at my folks the couple years helping Ma their place was one level also

Did he shed before you started to use the clippers?

Usually it is known as a result from using clippers.
